Second issue of the Africa Benson comic strip.

Here is the first issue of the teaser strip for Africa Benson.
I would have added it to the comicpress strip above so that it will display like Tenugo, but it is late and I am too tired to see about figuring out a way to keep the two comics (i.e Tenugo and Africa Benson) separate. Will try and do that tomorrow or over the weekend.
This is the first time I have attempted to do full colour for a comic strip and even though I am quite happy with the way it came out, I see LOADS of room for improvement. It is definitely a style I think I will stick with though.
Let me know what you think. Will work on colouring the rest by or over the weekend.

The Rainmaker of Aramada by Alaba Onajin
Just got a link to this in my email. It is a new webcomic called ‘The Adventures of Atioro’ and it is written by Onajin. This particular adventure is titled ‘The Rainmaker of Aramada’.
He has about ten pages so far up on there and the adventure is just beginning. Do check it out!
Hi all, I just got some panels of the forthcoming Africa Benson webcomic and I decided to share a colour test.
I am trying to have highlights throughout the strip as opposed to bodies of flat colour like in Tenugo.
I am also going for a different texture on the strip.
This image is just the colour test though and doesn’t have the texture in it yet.

Africa Benson Colour Test
Hi all. Well, the reception of Tenugo has been pretty encouraging to say the least and I am now more devoted than ever to bringing more of his adventures to you all post-haste!
As I posted before, the artist that drew the Rendezvous arc of Tenugo had some stuff to attend to and so wouldn’t have been available to draw the next arc of Ten-Ten. However, I have been able to find a solution and you will be getting some new Tenugo (if all goes well) by the first or second week of August.
Peter will be back to resume duties on Tenugo after that so don’t miss him too much , I am sure you will like this new artist’s take on the character and his world. In fact, you might have gotten a sneak peek already!
In other news, I am already working on two more (yes, 2!) web comics and might be getting a few more from other writers as well. Don’t expect them too soon though. I am hoping to get some of them up and running in one or two months. Do look out for them.
As they get closer to release I will probably put up some character design sketches and so on for you guys to have a look at and leave your comments on.
The NCBS is still puttering away in the background, so do not think that I have forgotten about it, and story submissions and art are still coming in, so I think that the extra time it is taking to be ready will be a good thing for you guys and gals out there reading this blog. More stories to choose from can only be a good thing!
So in summary, more Tenugo sooner than I had dared hope, quite a few more web comic titles to look forward to and the NCBS still collecting material.
