This is the kind of stuff I have been working on...
Yes, I was supposed to have resumed a week ago, but there was so much outstanding. I am trying to sort out contract agreements with some people whose work I want to publish, completing some scripts, making sure that an illustration I am getting done for one of the upcoming comics is done well, working on final character and equipment designs for Africa Benson and sorting out money issues.
If you follow me on twitter (or have a look at the twitter updates in the upper right), you would have seen that I promised you all new Tenugo and possibly Africa Benson today. That is still the plan, but at the moment I am having internet issues and am hoping to use another computer to upload the goods.
Anyway, expect it this evening.
There’s been quite a bit happening in the Nigerian comic book scene since I last posted and I will collate the information and disseminate to you all in due course. Highlights include my introduction to the world of Ikemba, hearing about all sorts of comics being released, and the announcement by Comicpanel of the Naija Comics and Entertainment Fair (which I hope is as successful as Ayodele wants it to be).
Spaceboy will be present at all the comic book events this Christmas, God willing, and apart from coverage (including a possible on-site podcast and/or vidcast), I will have actual printed comic books and some promo items like t-shirts for sale. I think you guys and gals will like what we’ll be showing. I will also most likely be unveiling our tagline at one of the fairs as well with which we will begin our domination plans
